Créche Facilities - Lucy's Room

The room is named after Lucy Pendlebury, a lifelong member of our Church whose legacy enabled the room to be built and furnished.

Lucy's room is located at the rear of the church and is a special room specially for accompanied children who get bored or upset during services. This designated space contains books and toys for young children to play with whilst parents can listen to the service on the speaker system. Young babies can also be fed in Lucy's room if mum prefers some privacy.

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing facilities are located within the disable toilet area at the rear of the Church.

Child friendly church award

Children are full members of the church family, and Holy Trinity is committed to their welfare and wellbeing.  The Church holds the Bishop’s ‘Child Friendly Church Award’, achieved by those churches which can demonstrate their commitment to children through their policies, procedures and practices which are inclusive of children and their needs.

Child Protection

All children’s leaders and others holding positions of   responsibility in the Church are CRB checked, and have received child protection training.

The Church has a Child Protection Office who ensures that child protection policies and procedures are in place and up-to-date.

The Child Protection Officer is:
