Hire Charges

 

Community groups and individuals are welcome to hire our Hall as determined by its availability.

For all bookings and enquiries in the first instance, please contact Jill Harley

 

For one off bookings:

- a party perhaps or an exhibition, the charges are as follows:

£50 for minimum booking time of 3 hours. Additional hours chared at £16.50/hr.

A deposit of £15.00 is required IN ADVANCE to secure and confirm the booking.

Bookings in excess of 3 hours equires a 50% deposit.

 

There is a £50 cash refundable deposit requested on arrival.

There is a hot water boiler, oven and microwave in the kitchen for general use.

There is also a filter coffee machine available for your use at an additional cost of £3 per jug of coffee (we will supply the coffee).

 

There will be a Hire Agreement to sign.

You will need to familiarise yourself with our Health & Safety Policy.

You are required to leave the premises in a similar condition to how you found it.

Breakages and accidents MUST be reported.

All electrical and gas appliances used must be switched off before vacating the building.

 

 

The restrictions are as follows:

No parties for groups of children aged 11 years and over.

No ball games of any sort.

No 'heelies' please.
